Biography: James M. McGahan is actively involved in estate planning, elder law and guardianship issues and is regularly appointed by the Court to act as court evaluator, guardian or trustee in guardianship cases. Jim heads the firm's collections and banking practice which encompasses a variety of work for various entities and lenders in making mortgage and construction loans, in foreclosing delinquent loans, in dealing with bankruptcy issues, in reselling bank-owned properties and collecting delinquent accounts. He also handles personal injury and commercial litigation.
