Biography: Nicholas J. Donohue is a participating attorney in the AARP Legal Services Network and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA). He counsels and represents individuals, builders, developers, banks and title insurance companies in construction and real estate matters and litigation. Nick handles a variety of commercial litigation and transactions and is actively involved in estate planning, elder law issues and Surrogate's Court practice. He has served upon and chaired several school boards and currently acts as counsel to a charitable adult home. He is also a member of the Board of Arbitrators of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD).
