We employ a number of flexible fee arrangements, from hourly rates, fixed fees, and contingent fees to combination arrangements in an effort to arrive at an agreement that is fair to both the client and the firm and reflects the simplicity or complexity of the particular manner. To encourage clients to sit down with us and discuss matters of concern to them, we do not charge for an initial consultation of reasonable duration in regard to a proposed matter.
